Great Performance But Can't Be Upgraded To Windows 11
The product description wasn't lying--this really is a bare bones min-computer. It doesn't come with a mouse, keyboard, or any significant software apps. I will say, however, that despite its physical size it does perform well. After running a Windows Security Update, I found out that this system doesn't meet the minimum requirements to be upgraded to Windows 11. When I did a check through Microsoft, I learned that this computer's i5-4278U CPU isn't supported and that TPM 2.0 isn't detected. It's still useable in my household, but do your own needs assessment to see if you will work for you.

Powerful Mini Computer
I used this product as a server/workstation client with Windows and Linux dual boot. The machine is highly capable of completing modern tasks. This would be great for someone looking to de-clutter their workspace or add a small 1U server to their networking cabinet for out of band access, TFTP, etc. My favorite thing about the device is the fanless design. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Good for a industrial purpose
The Good:This computer is clearly intended for an industrial purpose, and for that use it's a seriously good machine. My company supports point-of-sale terminals, and attached devices are frequently serial devices. A mass market PC is hard to come by with much out-of-the-box support for old-fashioned serial ports, but this unit has six built in. Great! PIN pads, scales, pole devices, cash drawers all connect up fine. While USB is common now, in some cases a serial interface is what you need. USB support is there too, with four USB 3 and four USB 2 ports. The fanless housing is great. You won't need to worry about it getting packed with dust. Heat dissipation is good, although airflow around it will still probably be important. Wifi and dual ethernet ports make connectivity simple, but if Bluetooth is built-in, I could never get it to work. The unit shipped with Windows 10 Pro 21h2. It upgraded easily to 22H2. It's already activated a local user "user" as an admin. It will boot right into it.The Bad:* Bluetooth would be a good addition.* It does not support upgrade to Windows 11. W11 requires TPM, and if there is a TPM module I could not find how to turn it on in the BIOS. Also, the CPU isn't supported by W11.* The enclosed manual is laughable. One double-sided 8x11 sheet, poorly machine translated. Nothing on how to say, enable TPM, etc. Nothing on the motherboard, not even how to open the case (remove the bottom).Overall:It's a serious, quality unit for the purpose for which it was designed - a dedicated PC to control or manage a device. If that's your use, this deserves a serious look.
