Black Bin Bag Liners Refuse Sacks 200 Per Case 10KG Rating

I’ve brought these bin liners several times before over the last few years and I’ve always been very happy with them, hence I always made sure that I reordered exactly the same bags from the same sellers by using the “buy again” option within the “my orders” section of Amazon. This time I was sadly disappointed with the bag quality for the first time ever as they looked different and more flimsy to what I was delivered before. I had a few bags left over from my previous order so I decided to compare the old bags to the new ones to see what the difference was. The old bags were a shiny black plastic whereas the new bags were more of a dark grey satin/more mat finish. Also the new bags felt a lot thinner than the old ones. Unfortunately when I stared to use the new bags to take household waste to the tip some of the bags tore and split open. I had to carry the bags with my arms around the bottom of the filled bags to support them whereas before I’ve been able to hold the bags by the knot which I tied at the top to seal the bags. If I tried to carry the new bags by the knot then they tore because the plastic didn’t seem strong enough to hold the weight of the contents. I made sure that I didn’t overfill the bags either as I knew that I would struggle to lift them. Overall I’m disappointed for the first time since ordering these bags. I’m now having to double them up by placing one bag within another before I use them so this means that I will only get half the usage/number of usable bags. Next time I will order different black bin liners from a different seller and hope that they are a better quality and more like my previous orders. It’s a shame as the product quality seems to have gone down a lot but the price remained the same and I’m wondering why this has happened? I’m hoping that the seller has just used a different manufacturer/supplier without realising that the quality was inferior instead of thinking that they were trying to cut costs and increase their profits with a cheaper product that they thought the customer wouldn’t notice. It’s such a shame when something you have relied on and trusted then let’s you down without warning.

I reordered these as last time they were thick and durable. Sadly these are the same as you can get in any shop and now I've got a fair few to get through! Disappointing.

I had bought bags from Amazon before and thought they were the same ones unfortunately these ones are not the same quality.

When I purchased these I received a "bad batch" the seller was very helpful and sent our a replacet for free which I was happy about.The 2nd batch was slightly better however, they are still not to the quality I was expecting better but not great. Ideal for a standard lightly filled house hold bin, where as mine tends to get full with heavy things and childrens things so it gets quite heavy.

A lot thinner than the last box, but supposedly same 10 k rating, can’t see that some how! Won’t be buying these again.

I used to order these REGULARLY , this was my 6th order of the very SAME bags from this seller as I clicked on ''buy again'' and it was the EXACT description as the lovely THICK ones I was usually sentTHESE ones were like cheap , nasty , useless pound shop ones this time!I will NOT be ordering these again , would have STUCK with this seller IF they had not SUDDENLY changed the quality but NOT the price nor DESCRIPTION but they are NOT ''as described'' and I am HUGELY disappointed and will go elsewhere now!

The first bag out of the box I blew up to check for airtightness. Immediately the bottom seam blew out (pictured) with minimal pressure. I won't be using these bags but will order replacements from another supplier. £18 wasted.
