Keeps hot drinks super hot for about 3 hours, and drinkable hot for a couple more after. I use it for fruit juice in the summer, usually still cold 4/5 hours later. Cannot feel the temp on the outside, at all.Very solidly built, worth the money, looks great. Lid looks deceptive but locks in tight and quite nicely so doesn't leak. Comfortable to hold. Safe to use in handbag/lunch bag

Been using this every single day for weeks on end now, so can speak to its durability and usefulness. Tight lid prevents leaking, excellent insulation means the cup itself doesn't get hot on the outside, and it keeps your drink hot for a good few hours. Washes easily (by hand). Quite lightweight.

Bought two in different colours for myself and my partner. They are great, have enough capacity, and seem very sturdy and durable. Insulation seems good and keps the drink warm long. The lid is very functional and so far leek-proof.The navy blue was not really navy which was a bit of a disappointment but the red one is really lovely.

Great size, fits in the car holder and keeps drinks hot for a few hours after making. Only downfall however is the inside lid is very difficult to clean around the rim!

Good size, quality and sturdy travel mug that has lasted me well since i bought it. Good size and fits under most office coffee machines other than the ones for really small/stumpy cups. Grip is nice and non slippy although could be thicker, which would make it a bit more grabby on the cup as it does let water in behind when washing forcing you to remove it each time. The seal both around the lip and on the sip hole does a great job and i haven't had one leak once both are closed tight... however, the sip seal does stick out a tad and as i usually slip mine into a net pocket in the side of my rucksack it does catch sometimes and the lid pops open. I've managed to notice it each time but i'd hate to have it happen and not see it. All in all a pretty good travel mug.

This insulated mug is just excellent, after making a cuppa for on the go, it is still piping hot after two hours, it is totally spill proof, it’s the perfect travel mug, the outside of the mug is cool to the touch, even though the drink is piping hot inside. Totally worth purchasing, you will not regret. I have yet to find a better travel mug.
