I'm 5'4" and 190lbs. This stool is perfect for use with my electric drum kit! The sticks included are comfortable and good quality. They're wood tip, not coated or plastic tip, so something to keep in mind. It's very stable when all of the knobs are set/secure. The only wobbles I get are when it's as low as it will go, which I think is due to the structural connection points of the stool. But a couple swivels up solves the wobbles. It's lightweight but holds me upright even being a heavier guy. The customization allows me to find a comfortable height and position to not need back support.

This Drum throne is built sturdy. It looks good. Its perfect for price , it reminds me of the overpriced drum thrones for the practical drummer with style .

Very soft top and comfortable cushion, easy to assemble and very sturdy even with hard drumming. After assembly I played while sitting on it for about 2 hours pretty comfortably. The seat is a bit smaller in diameter than I realized (my fault for not paying attention). I'm 5'7, 130lbs on a good day, and the cushion (12in) was just wide enough to cover my rear. Will probably swap this one to my kiddos kit since they have a wider cushion lol. Sticks are nothing fancy, regular ol pairs of practice sticks, pretty light and a bit too slick for my preference but not why I purchased so no big deal. Overall it's nice but the seat size is maybe sized for kids , unless you can sit still better than I can haha

Good sturdy a little stool. Though I do not play the drums that often, it does seem a little firm, but does the job. I would not use for extended periods of time as in more than two hours, but for practice or on a budget, it will definitely work. You could always use some kind of padding or pillow on it. It’s not necessarily that hard like I say just a little firm for me anyways. Otherwise great stool!

I own several thrones from Yamaha, Ludwig, and other brands names and have been playing drums for a living for over 40 years. One thing I've noticed is how expensive the hardware has become and how poor the quality is of the less expensive stuff and this throne is an exception to that observation. For the $48 I paid for mine it's pretty sturdy and even though the price has increased at the time of this writing in my opinion it's still a decent deal for a basic throne. The base is fairly heavy duty and my only complaint would be that the cross braces that connect each leg to the center should be a little thicker, but it's very stable and if your not setting this up and taking it down everyday for gigs it should hold up well. The seat cushion is really firm so it may not be comfortable for some for long periods of time. I'm 5" 11" and around 175lbs and use it when I practice at home and so far I'm comfortable on it. I think this is a great alternative to the more expensive brands and perfect for a student or someone who as mentioned above wouldn't be traveling with it too much. I have not owned it long enough to rate it's longevity but I'm optimistic about it from my experience so far. As with any piece of drum hardware, don't over tighten the screws, just tighten until snug and this and all of your equipment should last a long time.

The structure of this thing does seem sturdy. For the price, I'm sure it will be a great drum throne, and Amazon delivered it over night. I ordered it after dark and It was on my porch when I woke up. So the value is hard to beat. However, the seat is described as being made of "sof, high quality faux leather." Instead, you get cheap, foul-smelling garbage with some nasty feeling fuzzy, lint-collecting polyester GI Joe doll hair texture. it will not be easily cleaned, like the description states. It will be a pain in the ass to clean. And if you spill something on it, or God forbid, sweat on it, you aren't wiping that off. That's soaking into the foam. I don't know why anybody's giving this 5 starts. GrowDaily was really onto something offering the seemingly solid structure and good design at a great price.... and then they made it all for not by providing this ghetto seat. My guess is it's going back. Oh... and the drum sticks that come with it... not sanded. These are good paint stirrers and that's about it. They are rough on the hands and they will be rough on the mesh drum heads. I don't know why they put these in the box.

Never been a drummer, sorry! I bought this seat to sit on at a rifle range bench rest position. So much better than using the provided wooden ones, even if you can find one the correct height! Several of the other shooters are now considering making a similar purchase! PS don't need the drumsticks so consider offering the seat/throne without as well.

El banco se siente de buena calidad, El asiento es muy cómodo solo que la parte superior es como de terciopelo osea de tela, habrá a quien le guste y a quien no, vienen incluidas cuatro baquetas (dos pares) 5A. La altura máxima la comparé con una guitarra en la foto, ya cada quien sabe si le es suficiente con eso o requieren de más altura, al menos para mi está perfecto.

Sadly it wobbles. The seat does not stay in place. It wobbles when you groove. The feet feel sturdy though.
