Stopped working after one use
I bought this for my coffee. I did use sugar in it and it stirred fantastic. Once I was done I rinsed it out real well then hand washed. Next time I went to use it, it wouldn't work even though it had fresh batteries in it. It's now sitting in my kitchen as decoration.

Doesn't last
Love it when it works, but it only works off and on. I'm pretty sure it's broken for sure now and it's been about a month of infrequent use.

Works when Washed Properly
My son received this as a gift on May 4th and by May 6th the cup stopped stirring. I watched videos on how to clean a self-stir cup from another brand and “fixed” it. It has to be cleaned with a bottle brush bc the self stir mechanism gets sticky and stops working. The parts are delicate and need to be cleaned properly. My son loves this cup.

If you want a self stirring mug, do not buy this. It will not last. Tried two. The second was worse than the first.Amazon should not allow such junk to be sold on their platform
