Yes, they come vacuum sealed. But they almost immediately take shape when you open the bag. Super cute and worth it IMO. The kids adore them and can easily stuff them all in a backpack and take them on the go. They like to play pet shop and vet with them. The variety of pups is great and none came damaged. Would recommend.

I bought these to put in my Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. They are the perfect size to gift to a child. The puppies are soft and come in a variety of colors. They need some primping and fluffing when they come out of the vacuum-sealed package, and I had to tweak their eyes a little bit, but otherwise I think they will work wonderfully.
