I wwasnt thrilled with these. I didn’t realize that you had to take 5... YES 5.... one hour before eating then ANOTHER 5 after eating. Thats a lot of pills to take and you need to do that 2x a day.I never know when I’m going to have time to eat, so taking them an hour before eating was tough for me.I took them religiously for the 7 days and lost a few pounds, but i was also eating better.So i would not recommend this product.

No results at all! Took according to directions with more water than suggested and miralax will give better results.

I give a Zero! I have always heard good things about detoxing. I read the reviews on this product before purchasing. All of the reviews were good. Until I looked again today! I DO NOT recommend this. My first day, I took 10 pills bc I received late in the mail. Next two days, I took the 20 pills recommended. I skipped my fourth day ( yesterday) due to horrible cramps, ass raw (only used wet wipes), not sleeping because of the feeling I had to go so much, but not going that much. I shit myself the 3rd day. And woke up this morning puking some twice (after skipping a day!). I DON'T recommend. Unless you want to be doubled over on the pot or want to wear depends!Tammy (Anthony's wife)

Too many pill for one day 20 ! It is crazy ... First day taken and I'm exhausted!

I am Brad's wife, and ordered it for myself. I was determined to see it through the 7 days, but after 5 days of constant stomach aches, painful hemorrhoids, and having to remain close to a bathroom, I quit. I was disappointed that there were no dietary suggestions to go along with the cleanse/detox. Although I have eaten healthy and in moderation, I have not lost any weight, and I feel more bloated now than when I started. Unless you have a really strong gut, don't waste your money.

This detox is very strong. Be ready to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. I took it only for one day and the next day I went to the bathroom 6 times. I guess that how it is supposed to work.But I got the worst stomach cramps in my life after taking this. So if you don't have a super healthy guts be ready for cramps.

These pills are disgusting and I can take large pills but these smell terrible the moment you place them in your mouth.. I literally had to suck on cough drops and chew gum so I wouldn’t throw up. Couldn’t take it after a day 1/2. Horrid
