I ordered a second mop for a friend. But out of three, two of them were broken. What's the problem? Is it the quality of production or the people who package the items? Hopefully the replacement will be a quality mop.Now putting the defective mop back in the box, I realized that the problem is the box, it is not sized properly, so when packing the mop in the box, the mops break.
