The mops work great for bbq !

Hold the sauce great. We only used it one time and disposed of it so not sure how it washes up but worked great for the ribs.

I like the cotton sauce mops but the wire around the base that secures to the handle has rust from getting wet and has stained the mop. Not a big fan of that. Will try to find a way to continue to use. My Dad used cotton sauce mops years ago but that did not happen to his.
