I was pretty frustrated with the fact that I received a seemingly used product.That being said, the company reached out immediately after placing the review and send a replacement free of charge. It was astonishingly good. The product is great, my only reason for 3* was the fact that it was not in new condition. That being said, my review has been updated to 5* to reflect both the product and the customer service.This product is nice. It’s as advertised, very easy to put together. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure I received a used item.1. There are what appear to be food/oil stains on the mesh. (Photo)2. You can see where the standing assist straps have been previously installed (photo)3. The box arrived a bit beat up and aggressively re-taped.4. The ball bag has clearly been untied/re-tied and some of the balls are dirtyIf it were advertised as used then fine, but paying full price for an item that seems to have been returned and sold again after being used is frustrating.

Very easy to use but once toddler can reach they may take off corner covers at joint

This playpen is huge! We love it to keep baby safe with plenty of room to play. Super easy setup too!

This is our second time buying an XL playpen and our first time with a collapsible style. This has been super beneficial especially traveling with twins. It’s super easy to assemble and breakdown. Worth every penny. The company itself also has excellent response times as i had few questions. Would highly recommend.

Was hesitant about getting a playpen like this because I was afraid it was going to be bulky and heavy. I was also worried the material might rip. We used it this weekend and it was so easy to use and it’s very lightweight. Haven’t had to complete fold it up just get but seems pretty easy. The material also seems durable for a wild toddler.

This playpen gives your toddler about 30 SF of play area. We bought it for our (frequent visitor) 24 month old granddaughter who was pitifully previously "confined" in a "Pack N Play" with only about 6 SF of play area. The only concern we have is the child being able to brace feet against the angled support tubing and attempt going "over the wall." Other than that, it is well worth the money and easy to set up and take down.My biggest concern is that the height of the walls should be increased 2-3" and the angled tubing somehow should be reversed to prevent bracing. After having this great playpen some 4 months, we are awaiting, with trepidation, her first crash from going "over the wall."

I like the portability and ease of breakdown and set up. Stores easily when not in use. Price was high but you paying for convenience of this units ability to fold and store. Other similar cheaper units are able to fold and store. Overall satisfied, could have better quality of sturdiness at the joints where it connects. Very flimsy at the joints
