Excellent product. Price and value cannot be beat.A friend of mine works for Skunk Works engineering. There engineers went over this bike and concluded it was well built and the best product for the price.Ridding, well wow this bike has some power. I live on a hill and I weight 280lbs, I can cruse uphill past my house going almost 20mph. On a flat street I can Easly go 35-37mph.Ebycco product support is awesome. I had a tear in one seat and a kick stand that would not stay up at delivery. I emailed them, and they responded in less than 5 minutes, no exaggeration. They are sending me replacements at no cost to me.Only improvement I would recommend would be more gears. At 35mph, you're peddling pretty fast. It would be nice to shift to numerically higher gear so you would not have to peddle as fast. Good thing a am a mechanical and can add more gears ;-)Vary happy with these bikes. Added bonus is my wife likes them also so we look forward to some nice bike rides while camping.

The bike is nice the only thing didn't like the seat came damaged

Whoever engineered his bike is a genius at this my sixth eBay and by far the best I've ever gotten and the cheapest. It's incredible on how the pedal assist work no other eBay including one that cost $5000 perform like this bike. Just wish it had a bigger battery even though the battery case me as far as I want to go so far little bigger one would've been better and I wish they made this bike in a 20 inch room. I would buy it too everything the same as 20 inch room would be wonderful. The 26 inch is very very nice. You can actually pedal it easily without any power on , that's a first and as far as the motor goes everything they claim is true. The only problem is I broke the throttle. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement part that is worrisome but if you're looking to buy a solid bike, that's fast comfortable I can handle all-terrain. This is the bike for you. I'm gonna fix income, it's so important to get what you order and perform as as a say, great company, great bike keep up the good work need to be able to have a rack only no rack I put one on the back of mine is not solid thinking about going to a fabrication shop if they can weld on some aluminum threaded nipples so I can put a rack on other than that thoroughly happy

Great bike well built. Has every option you can think of except mirrors. It rides smooth and comfortable. I'm 220 lbs and I went about 22 miles on the dual motor option. (That's without pedaling). I gotten the bike up to 37mph on a small hill. Easy to put together it took me about an hour. I didn't get instructions on using the lcd screen. I dont know if they forgot to pack them or is just don't come with them. I contacted customer service through chat on there website and they helped me step by step. They're customer service was great and very nice. I recommend the bike!

Overall bike looks great! Took it for a test spin fast and rode great. Only thing assembly instructions are horrible. Used to work on bikes so it bad to assemble took less than an hour. Said had a quick spin front locking bolt but wasn’t in it but had a better locking system. Fender was scuffed by got a refund of $90

The bike is fantastic, the only issue I have with it is the rear suspension causes the tire to rub on the control box. The rear tire has ground a small hole in the control box after 1 bike ride, so I'll probably need to replace the rear shock with a stiffer shock, and replace the control box cover before I ride it again.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATED: So, after some bumps in the beginning, this bike has turned out to be a winner. The E-bycco folks have come thru and delivered on the new working battery. I’m loving the power the dual motor affords. Carrying someone 6 ft, 275 lbs is not easy, yet this bike manages this with ease and comfort. On the hills in my city, I needed something that handled well and allowed me to get a great bike workout. Customer service pulled thru in the end!ORIGINAL:Dealing with this bike has been so troublesome. The battery life is horrible, lasts 10-15 miles on pedal assist one, in one wheel drive. Requested replacement battery over a month ago, STILL have not received it. In the meantime, the screen quit working, which they sent a replacement for, and the brake calipers wore out, which had to be replaced. They requested photo proof information about the battery before sending a new one, understandable, but because of this I had to wait for the replacement screen to come. Because they needed the bike ridden until the battery was drained, I attempted this, only to discover the brake calipers were bad. Wanting to have the new battery sooner I had the calipers replaced at an e-bike shop out of pocket (they did offer to replace the calipers after the new ones were installed, but I would have been required to install them myself). When I finally had the bike ridden, battery drained, and sent photo proof of all the numbers they wanted, they stated they sent the new battery out. I finally get a package containing the supposed battery, open it up, and, what do we have here? A MOTOR! So VERY frustrating, I don’t expect a new bike to need a new battery, new screen, and new brake calipers within the first 50 miles of riding!! Currently waiting for a new battery to come to see if it will work.

All of the existing reviews for this were for the dual motor version so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the single 750w motor version. I am extremely happy. Personally, I'm not sure I would want to go much faster. I clocked it at 30 mph. Also, it's a very solid bike. It feels very stable when riding. And yet it's light enough to easily pick up and move. All around, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a TON of bang for the buck.
