My gosh, I feel healthier just reading the list of ingredients on these Veggies and Fruits capsules. each of them have a dose of 3 capsules daily so taking 6 of these is a bit of a chore. A bottle will last one month.What should be obvious is that I can't report any benefit in the short term but I can say that I haven't experienced any digestive issues since beginning to take these. I'm relieved that these aren't made in China as so many supplements on Amazon seem to be.

So far, I am very happy with these fruits and veggies supplements. They arrived quickly and well packaged. They are both standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. They do not bother my stomach. They have no taste or odor. The veggie ones are a dark green powder inside each clear capsule and I take two per day. The fruit ones are orange orange powder inside a clear capsule and I take two per day as well. I cannot tell any negative effects at all.
