Very good does what it said it would. Only thing is it makes lots of ice cubes at a time and not just the amount needed.Consequently some have to be stored in the freezer.

I am disappointed with this ice maker. I bought it to replace a similar one which had become unreliable. However this one makes very small ice very slowly. The first machine outperforms this new one. I have now discovered that I cannot return it as I have had it for more than one month.

Produces ice very quickly albeit in very small cubes but that is not a problem. Only drawback is once ice is made it just starts to defrost immediately so it has to be bagged and put in a freezer. .. as I bought this to stop using bagged ice because of freezer space issues ...not ideal.

life saver for hot days with family round

This is the worst I e machine we have had it works one minute then not the next how can you go about exchanging this please?
