Wooden Rainbow Ring Stacker Toy Stacking Ring Tower Games Early Educational Development Toys for Babies and Toddlers

This is the classic stacking toy and it's just as much fun for today's kids as it has been for previous generations. However, the stick holding the rings is smooth. It diesn't screw into the base as other toys of this kind do, so the whole toy is less stable for stacking. This seems like a real design flaw.My 1 year old granddaughter likes using the stick to pound on the other pieces, and she pulls it out of the stack so she can push the rings down. She doesn't think it's a design flaw.Babies enjoy picking up the rings and putting their fingers through them, stacking and pushing them down and stacking them again. The rings are different colors and each one has a number on it, too. As kids get bigger, they can practice counting and notice the different sizes and colors of the rings.

The bottom is rounded so it doesn’t sit still when being played with and center peg is not attached to the bottom which makes this toy frustrating for wee little ones but more fun for 4 yr olds and above. A major bonus is that (because of the rounded bottom) it makes a great spinning top!

It was purchased for my grandson and he loves it. It is smooth wood and brightly colored just the right size for a baby's hands. is all comes apart even the stacking pole which makes it safer for the baby, he cant fall over on a stiff stick attached to the base. It also has numbers so we can learn colors and counting while playing. He has been playing with it for about a month and he is a 1 year old. Great toy.

The post in the middle of the toy is not attached to the base, so it seems to fall apart more easily than I expected. The quality of each of the pieces seems great, but I wish the post were attached like most other versions of this toy I have seen.

This wonderfully simple wood toy quickly became our 7-month granddaughters favorite toy. She seemed to like the colors and feel of the wood disks. And we appreciated that it was solid wood and not hard plastic as so many toys for babies are. And it is also safe and smooth with no compromising edges. We hope to find more toys like this to purchase for her.

The stacking rings are pretty, but the center rod is not attached so it is not possible for my baby to learn to stack. It's more for a 2 year + who can understand to hold the rod still and slide the rings onto the rod. Returning to buy a more age appropriate version of this toy.

My 1 year old enjoys this toy. He's not mastered getting the rings on it yet but he'll get there. I love the wood and colors. It's the perfect height. I saw another complain that the middle stick comes out some wood glue fixed that small issue. Highly recommended!
