The packaging it arrived in was not able to fully contain the smell, even though it seemed to be vacuum-sealed.My dog really liked the smell and taste of it, and kept on chewing continuously for over 10 minutes.However, the bone soon shattered. It turned out to be really thin and brittle. I've bought goat femurs before, and none of them was this brittle.I had expected it to at least last a week, if not a month. I am disappointed by the quality of raw materials used.Reading other reviewer's comments, this seems to be a common occurrence with this product. Would not buy again.

Was expecting something better. My 6 month puppy dog eat both pieces in less than 5min

It was smaller than I thought, but I guess you can't really tell in the pictures. It is good, and my large dog really enjoyed it for a few days. There is bone marrow in the ends, and she really liked that part. But the middle was hollow, and she didn't bother with it at all. It does have a bad smell. It isn't too strong of a smell, but it made my blankets smell since she was chewing it on the bed. It washes out, but that first night was not fun when I couldn't figure out where that smell was coming from. So don't let them eat it on furniture. It is also pretty expensive considering the butcher will give you the bones for hardly anything, but I guess there is a cost in dehydrating it. However, next time I will just ask the butcher for some bones and do it myself.

Packaging was too good and neat ,the pet liked it some much that within a span of 3 hrs it chewed the whole bone..now the pet is exhausted after chewing it ,it feels like he is satisfied

I gt a bone bigger than my dog. I think he thought it was a threat. Anyway I had gotten smaller goat bone before which he relished. This was Buffalo shoulder. It's literally as big as my dog. 😆

The bone is of a medium size and my 7m old GR finished it in 20 minutes flat!

its super Brittle . doesn't last more than an hour
