I am on carpet but it lets you roll your chair as if you were on hardwood floors. Very pleased.

I'm so TIRED of buying the plastic ones -- only to have them crack and make it harder to move around. This is PERFECT and SO much cheaper than the other ones of this kind!

The material was of high quality. I use it in my home office and I have a very heavy chair, but there is no problem moving it around. A little expensive but worth the money.

Not sure I will ever buy those carpet prickle pads again. Buy this carpet protector. You will not be disappointed.

Over time I"v bought several plastic mats. They crack and dent. For what I bought this for I could have saved lots of $$$$.

If you’re like me, you have purchased more than one cheaper plastic chair mat that inevitably cracks and becomes unusable. Usually the plastic mats cost about half of what this one does, so why not just buy one of these and be done with it without the hassle of replacing a plastic mat every couple years? What was I thinking? Lol!I really like the quality of the glass, and it looks great on the thin pile carpeting in my office. It seems to have no issues supporting my weight along with the chair which is over 200 pounds, and my chair rolls very easily on its surface. Overall, I am very happy with this product and sincerely hope this will be the end of the cracked plastic chair mat game I have been playing now for many years lol! With that being said, this product earns 5 stars from me, and I highly recommend it!

So I really love this mat for a few reasons. First and foremost, it's made of tempered glass, which gives it a very fancy and rich look. It's transparent, which doesn't hide the beauty of the floor. It can be used on both types of floors (soft such as carpet or hard such as tiles). It helps reduce the slipping and noise of the chair wheels. It is very heavy, which helps it stay in one place. Last but not least, it's able to handle the weight (in my case about 225 lbs combined with everything on it) and make the movement so smooth. While the price may seem expensive, I think the benefits outweigh the price, which makes it worth the price in my opinion!

Arrived in a Fort Knox style box with paper and styrofoam; was so well protectedI put it down and used it for a day and it's really strong, and I can tell this will last a long time.I had bought another plastic 50 dollar one and I would sink in, it would curl up; that never happens with this one so I can't believe I haven't looked at glass mats before. I feel great now not scuffing up and potentially wearing my carpet out.Highly recommend at least short term so far but I am confident here :)

Was a bit concerned with the price, but once down on the carpet…. WOW! Sliding around is wonderfully simple without having to struggle with the chair gliding.

This mat is better than plastic but too small and I think I ordered the largest.

Works great on carpet.

Put my old mat on top which had previous creases and now the creases are slowly going away the more i move my chair around :) Very happy with purchase. A must have for carpets IMO.
