Despite it being QLC and not TLC ssd (2tb model), I was quite surprised to see that it had a quite large cache. I could download a lot of games with full speed before exhausting cache. Works great on Legion Go if you use adapter. Also, it temperature is quite good while gaming (between 50-60 degrees Celsius). While downloading large files it can get up to 70-75 degrees (using heatsink and thermal pads). Overall, I am quite happy with the performance of this ssd.

I got the 256gb model but i got loads of steamgames that needed more gb and the only solution is uninstall and redownload. Got fedup and upgrade to 2TB. After watching some video saying that its easy. Yes its easy to put the hardwere altogether. But the software side its a tricky. No video told to extract the file from steamOS and its nerve wrecking looking at the propt. "Hardware not recognize"But a little bit of patience and step at a time. Got the part what the video never shown and finally achieve the image i want.Speed and performance is match with everything just lots more storage space. Durability i still cant see its just new.Heat. As long as your not blocking the back exhaust your good to go definitly no issue.Thanks seller. Its 100% legit.

I bought this SSD as I needed more storage for my Ally as my Micro SD had stopped working due to the issues with the hardware. 512Gb is far too small if you like gaming. So I looked at reviews and SSD disks on Amazon and saw a review with this SSD that made me think ‘Its tried and tested’ plus there was a link to a YouTube video as well. Of I went and bought the SSD and an enclosure to perform the clone (I am in IT, but the video really helped). I have now had the SSD in my Ally for over 3 months now and it performs as expected. Great storage for the price and I am really pleased with the result more games and no worries.

Very pleased with this purchase. As the title says I purchased it for my Steam Deck to increase storage capabilities and I'm very happy with the outcome. The Ssd is in use daily and functions as expected, speeds are very close to whats advertised so thumbs up there. It arrived it excellent condition and was very well packaged and easy to get into. I'd definitely recommend this product. On a side note and unrelated to the Ssd itself, if your thinking about buying this for your own Steam Deck it can be tricky installing it. Id advise some internet searches for tutorials before hand.

While others may shy from less known brands, many aren't aware that the underlying chips/hardware are often the same anyway...Nevertheless, the hard drive has been installed and working away in my Steam Deck for quite some time now and hasn't faltered in any shape or form. Nicely priced and works well. Easy recommend from me.

The product works very well and is easy to install in the steam deck. I notice the difference to the original 512g with the speed but 200 gig must of fell off ! Lol I really feel robbed!!! Why it say 2tb when it is 1.8 that is a huge difference. Bit sneaky and dis-honest! Scammers !!

Followed the iFixit video and managed to fit the drive into my Steam Deck fine. Although, at one stage I thought I killed it but it's important to format your Micro SD/USB as the instructions say for the os reinstall.Also be PATIENT reinstalling the Stream OS! It takes a while doing "nothing" then all of a sudden it bursts into life.Now I have 1Tb for my games, and they load MUCH, MUCH FASTER!

Pese a que claramente se indica en el nombre del producto la NAND no es TLC sino QLC, más concretamente usa MICRON MT29F1T08GBLCE3WMicron 176L(N48R) QLC 1024Gb/CE 1024Gb/dieEl controlador es el esperado. Un PS5021-E21Por otras reviews externas parece que el único modelo que usa TLC es el de 512G.Aunque el producto funciona correctamente le pongo sólo dos estrellas porque de haber sabido que era QLC hubiera excogido otras opciones.
