Quality of blocks is really good, instructions are easy to follow. 7 year old could follow the instructions and assembled this set.

When I was a kid I used to see Legos but due to the fact that my mother was a single parent we couldn't afford it at the time... When I got grown had children's of my own I have promised to purchase Legos for him when we were stationed overseas my spouse took our son to Legoland and I couldn't go based on my commitment militarily. So I am looking forward to assembling this and displaying it with the lights.

This was pretty fun to build. Instructions were fine and easy to follow. It's got a good size footprint and takes up a good amount of space, so make sure you have the room for it. The blocks themselves were good enough to enjoy building it, but I could tell were not quite as good as LEGO. No missing pieces, and included a good amount of extras.

The Artorbricks architecture lineup has several very good sets, and this one’s near the top of the list.THE BRICKS are excellent. There are a couple of dozen printed pieces that look quite good. Artorbricks sources from a really solid source for their bricks and this makes for a really solid experience. There are a few rods that are a little loose, but that doesn’t hamper the set at all.THE INSTRUCTIONS are also excellent. The booklet is large so that the illustrations are clear. As this is a large set, there are several inset illustrations with an overhead POV to help get things lined up nicely. The booklet is vertically oriented (pages flip up instead of sideways) so plan your space accordingly.THE BUILD is a lot of fun. Since it is large you avoid the hundreds of tiny tiles in the Lego version. There is a lot of symmetry here, but not so much that you will go bonkers from it. The build is split into 4 large sections, each with 3-4 bags. Everything’s neatly and clearly (looking at you Nifeliz and Mould King) labeled. It only takes around three to four hours and you have a complete, large mausoleum.Make sure you have a good bit of display space for this one - it’s got one of the bigger Artorbricks footprints.The only cons are a lack of pavement / grass tiles around it - which leaves a lot of bare, gray studs - and a.wonky fit at the base of one of the minarets. The former can be addressed with some additional tiles and the latter just took some wiggling.This is another solid set from a company that is good at filling in the gaps left by Lego. This isn’t the most unique or unexpected set, but it is an excellent way to pass a few hours.Made in China.

As a lego fan when I saw this online I knew I had to get it as it uses similar bricks for construction. This was my first time building with smooth parts which actually give it a more cleaner overall look. The instructions are accurate and the bricks fit well. It takes a bit of space so make sure you have measures the size before ordering as after completing it you would definitely love to put it on display in your house.

Considering the is a brick style kit, I am so excited about all the smooth surfaces and details this kit provides. It is absolutely beautiful. We haven't fully assembled the project but love the challenge. ArtorBricks products offer wonderful kits at reasonable prices, frequently half the cost of the bigger names with better designs.

I really enjoy this building set. They clearly put a lot of thought into it and the design. The manual is beautifully put together. And, instead of just the basic "here are the steps to put this together", it includes some background information on the Taj Mahal.Definitely a recommended set - love it!

This build was an absolute delight! I thought it was going to be a really tedious long one that took days, but I finished it in a few hours, just put on a race and had that going while I constructed the Taj Mahal. The instructions were super clear and the blocks fit together really well. I think this would be a great introduction into architectural builds since it is complex but not too complicated.The decorative elements are not stickers, that is a big win in my book because my hands are not always steady enough to get those stickers on perfectly, so no worries, all the decorations come printed on.
