There is a slight learning curve to this product. setting everything up to your liking..I recommend laying a large towel beneath you to catch all the sweat, keeping things clean.If you are skeptical about this steam bath functioning well... don't be. On the highest setting you will only be able to handle it for so long and will have to turn it down.After a hard workout you cannot beat the relaxation effect. I recommend this steam bath!!

I just opened the box from Amazon. It took ten minutes to assemble (very simple, pops open into shape), ten minutes to heat up, and 35 minutes after that I'm one sweaty relaxed dude! If you haven't had a steam bath in a while, you should get this. Especially in the wintertime, as it will drive away the worst chills and dramatically reduce any tension in your body. I'm big (6'-2" & 230 pounds), and I fit right in there. Enough head and leg room, and no wasted space above for steam to rise to. I'm also 65 years old and doing a squat to get on that little chair seemed like it might be a challenge, but it wasn't. I was amazed at how easy it was to get out too! Steam is invigorating yet relaxing. Go from the steamer to the shower and that's as clean as your body can get! I expect its good for the pores and sinuses too. I'm delighted with this product after owning it for about two hours, I feel that good from my one treatment! I put a towel on the chair and wore my birthday suit for my 35-minute soak. Any clothing will get drenched, so skip that. Build quality is better than I had expected. I don't plan to use the remote, but it has one. Maybe don't take that inside with you, it's likely not steam-able. There is enough hose to position the steamer within view of the window. Maybe keep the remote on a nearby counter if you want to tweak it during your session. Unit shows temp setting via bright display (P1-9, I used 9 of course) and minutes remaining (alternating every 5 sec). At full blast 35 minutes only used 1/3 of the water tank supply. Shipped fast too! I didn't think the plastic smell was all that bad like some have complained, and I expect it will off-gas after a few uses and air-outs. I'm recommending this to all my friends.

Can’t believe how much we love this thing! For the value we paid, you get the same results from a gym sauna but without having to smell other users and deal with others germs. We have it set up in our garage next to our cold plunge pool for the perfect body recovery! Highly recommend this! The chair did break after just a month of use, and the legs looked very rusty under the chipped off paint. Not sure if it was a faulty one or what. Customer service said to ship it back and to order a new one. Which I did. But the steamer is a great capacity for a solid full heat, 35 minute session. Easy to set up and looks great! It’s a great value for what you pay with decent room for comfort.

This little gem exceded my expectations.Easy set up. Takes little space, hence it's very cozy. Do be careful getting in and out, and not moving the chair as the steamer is placed under the chair and it gets very hot. (I also feel the zippers might break easily)For adding essential oils, put a few drops in the steamer (inside the sauna) before turning it on. The heat gets surprisingly high. I use the second last level and it's hot! When I'm done, i wipe down the sides and point a fan inside to dry it out and remove the moisture from my room. I'll leave my fan rotating in the room a few hours. Once the steamer has cooled i remove the rug and chair to continue to air dry outside the sauna, i empty and whip down the steamer and water reservoir.Very pleased with my purchase. I have had it a few months now and use it several times a week.

Tent is east to set up as it's a twist to set up and take down. On the highest steam setting you get as much steam and heat as you'd want. It gets very hot. The space inside of the tent js enough for me at 5'10 and the little chair works wonderfully super happy with my purchase after procrastinating spending and ive used it everyday since purchase
