Only works when at home
Works very well when on site and when your phone is on the same wifi as the camera. When offsite, unable to access the camera through the app. Not being able to see the stream when offsite defeats one of the main purposes for me purchasing this camera to start with. Directions for connecting the camera are not very good (and I am not an electronics buffoon).

While this monitor is super cute, the instructions are a nightmare
While this monitor is super cute, the instructions are a nightmare! They are in really broken English and hard to understand. Other's I know who have this exact product have had nothing but trouble getting it to sync up and of course, the instructions are no help at all. I got this for my brother and his wife who just had a baby a week or so ago. They haven't set it up yet because the baby sleeps in a bassinet in their room at the moment. I'm not sure I would recommend this. It doesn't seem like it's worth the money.

Good but you get what you pay for.
Good WiFi cam for the price. However very annoying beeping noise if WiFi drops and no way to stop it without unplugging or reconnecting.

Horrible
Wonderful until it beeps insessently in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I want to punt this camera every time it wakes me up at 1am because it’s beeping. We clear the cache, delete clipped photos... still the damn thing beeps. I’ve had enough. Buying something else.

Useless. Has to be used with an app that was abandoned by the dev years ago.
This camera can't even be used anymore because the only way to view and control it, is by connecting it to an app call HapSee, which no longer functions as it was abandoned by the developer years ago, so there haven't been any updates to make the app compatible with OS system newer than 2005. I tried pairing it to a bunch of different alternatives in the Play Store, and nothing works. Since there's no compatible app to pair it with, it's impossible to even use this camera at all. I immediately returned it, this shouldn't even be allowed to be sold on Amazon, it might as well never turn on.

No Issues Here
Received as a baby shower gift and have been testing it for the last day. So far, no issues. My husband set it up pretty quickly and the wifi works great. While testing the camera, we visited his parents who live out of town and were still able to access everything on the app without any issue. The visual is really clear, both during the day and at night.If we run into any issues, I will be sure to update, but for now we are happy with the system.

EsiCam Baby Monitor
When it works it is really great, BUT, Not reliable to stay connect to Wifi. Got it almost a year ago. Speaker broke after 2 weeks, company replaced, via Amazon, with new device. I use once a week for 2 days at a time and started to not connect and only in certain rooms, my Wifi is ok and everthing else works. Now it won't even connect, says Failure to connect, check if your WiFi is correct etc. Disapointing, it has a year warranty, but not sure how to go about fixing the problem, or replacing. Any help!

Installation fastidieuse voir impossible
L'appareil n'a pas reconnu mon réseau wifi. Je l'ai donc installé avec un câble Ethernet.Je n'ai toujours pas réussi à l'utiliser et quand je veux aller trouver des explications plus précises dans l'application que j'ai dû télécharger, de nombreux paragraphes sont en chinois non traduit. J'ai don dû ranger cet appareil dans mon grenier parce que j'ai mis deux mois avant de l'installer à la venue de ma petite-fille et doc c'était trop tard pour le renvoyer, ce que j'aurais fais sans hésiter si c'était possible. Ne l'achetez surtout pas.

The camera works great but the reason I’m giving it a one is because in the description it does not tell you that you have to subscribe to a service to view your photos and videos

Less than 1 week and it stopped to work
It looks amazing , however it worked less than 1 week and after it stopped and now the camera don't work. It's like it's burned. I used it only 8 hrs per day during 5 days and now it dont work. Terrible product. I will return and ask another product.

Super sad 😞
I can’t connect !! I connected once but now I can’t. I have connected to the app and it wifi . For some reason the camera just keeps flashing blue and I can’t make contact. Super sad 😞
