Does what it says, nice quality. Good little device.
Perfect for beginners when building confidence and strength in this exercise. It's sturdy and comfortable to use. The rebound function is noticeable enough to feel supportive while still allowing muscles to engage.Make sure to properly educate yourself on how to perform the exercise; the amazing assistance this device gives will not prevent injury from improper form and technique.The packaging leaves much to be desired, with zero protection in the box and arriving quite battered I'm surprised mine is in one piece.

This is a good beginner piece of equipment. Can use on knees or toes. Great if your core is useless, much easier to get the reps in.

Does the job
I am so glad that I bought this wheel.There is such a choice all around but this one is perfect.It's sturdy, easy to use and definitely does the job.I can feel my abdominal muscles.It's not going to be a pleasure to use it but definitely will help a lot!I can 100% recommend it.

Fiddly to assemble
Does its job. But putting it together is fiddly.

Nearly killed me it's so good!
I've been struggling with my back and intending to do some strengthening exercises. This enables me to do a plank comfortably. I bought an ab wheel a while back and never used it because it's so wobbly (and I'm so unfit!) I used this product to do 10 pulls and could hardly breathe for a week! I used to be a 100 sit ups a day girl and have been trying to get back to something like that, this definitely helps, I've built up from 5 a day, to 20 and can see the difference in my stomach and abs, back is feeling a little better too - it's good but just be gentle and build up.
