Nice product but rigid handle
This is a nice spatula but the epicurean engineered wood handle is very rigid/stiff. I am used to thin metal or fully plastic spatulas that have some give and can bend to accommodate turning something on near side of the pan. With this one I have to turn the pan and approach from the inside of the pan. Seems to be of good quality though.

Love product
This brand is always wonderful. Have a cutting board and other utensils purchased in 2000. They are just as good as new after years of use. Worth the money.

Epicurean fan
Epicurean fan. Love the cutting boards and their utensils have replaced many of my previous so called gourmet tools. No complaints.

MELTED TO PAN DONT BUY THIS
Was making pancakes and the leading edge of the spatula melted leaving black plastic on the pan. Not even high heat. Absolutely poor design. Chose the wrong material for a spatula. Terrible and over priced.

It's a little larger than I like
I love this line of cooking tools, but I wish there was a smaller ladle for gravy and sauces.

Cooking end is actually black nylon
Which is exactly what I was seeking to avoid with this brand. Sending back

Nylon spatula starts to fray and fragment after only several uses
Loved the general design of this product - easy to handle, firm spatula blade, and won't scratch your pans. But the material is downright hazardous. After only several uses the nylon spatula started to fray and fragment. This left nylon particles in the food and in the pan. I plan to return and replace it with a set made of teak wood.
