I quickly discovered that when living in Florida that the municipal water supply left much to be desired. Short of using a 5 stage filtration unit, this Waterdrop alkaline filter serves as the final step in a two part process I use.Whether on the road in my RV or at home, having good quality pitcher filtered water is important to me. Having the alkalinity added makes for a more pleasant sipping experience he it right from the pitcher, or chilled into ice cubes. It's quick to prime, a good filter speed, and the perfect size for a solo traveler or a small family.

These filter actually do make my Coffee taste better.

Update: the company were easy to communicate with and went beyond to help rectify the issue. They sent me a replacement water pitcher/ filter which I am currently enjoying with no issues.The indicator light does not work to inform you on when to change the filter which is the problem I had with a previous pitcher from this brand. No matter how many times you set it after replacing the filter, you find out when your water starts tasting bad. I just ordered another filter , however; it does make your water taste the same as the one that came with the pitcher. Not sure of what’s going on but I would not buy this brand again.

I have the 1 gallon Waterdrop pitcher, and these Alkaline filters are amazing. While many question whether alkalinity in water is helpful or not, my wife gets kidney stones, and alkaline water helps with the spiny stones. Each filter can take on 200 gallons of water, and that's a LOT! So we're customers for life.

Drinking alkaline water daily is one of the only things that naturally helps me with chronic heartburn. I usually buy bottled water, but I bought this and within a few weeks my heartburn was back. I went back to bottled and it went away again. It does make good tasting water but I'm not convinced that it's actually alkaline water.

These filters seem to last a really long time! I'm very pleased with their longevity. I have the fridge/counter top filter and the design is very sleek. I like how quickly these filters pass water through and overall it works well! Although the taste isn't particularly my favorite, it tastes kind of mineral-like to me, the value for the money is well worth it!
