Needs better software, but the idea is great.. Works pretty well - but setup is limitedIf you have this on during a game (You need to shoot several different shots) - so while in softer type setups, It will signal faults every time you need to put a stroke on the ball, Unless you set it up in the settings for Stronger Type Shots),, then every time you just roll the ball in without a stroke it will fault.. That being said, You can turn just ONE parameter on and work on that the whole game and get useful feedbackBut when working on your stroke,(Shoot the same shot over and over) This is super special.. Instant feedback and feel.. It instantly made me consider a slight pause in my backswing then firing, It was noticeably affecting my pace, But after some work, it straightened up a bunch of weaknesses.. That alone was was worth the money..

Hi, I’m having a technical problem with my DigiCue blue. It worked perfect for about one month. But I noticed a problem yesterday.It stopped displaying any info on my iPhone’s app after hitting a ball even though I felt a vibration.Today with the app open when I pushed the power button to turn it on there was no vibration.I hit a few shots and it did start to vibrate but the app didn’t display any information.It is as though it is stuck on displaying information from my last shot from yesterday’s practice.I restarted my phone and neither the DigiCue blue app nor the vibration works with any shots.

Its not a magic fix for your missed shots but will help when used as a training aid. I suspected what my problems were but this confirmed it and lets me see how I improved using different techniques such as changing my grip.Update: Customer service at this company is a joke. I will never buy another OB product!

I got this as a gift for my husband. It was out of stock, but worth the wait to get it. He loves it. His only complaint is the software isn't completely compatible with his particular android phone. However, he is able to manually make a few extra clicks to get the data he wants.

Very easy setup with iPad and iPhone. Great feedback with every shot taken. Comes with sleeves to get two size cues. I noticed a considerable improvement in my stroke within the first 2 days. Amazing tool.....highly recommended!

Independent analysis of stroke practice. It is correct like it or not.

My first unit was flawed and did not work so I had it replaced. The second unit is working. It connects to my Huawei phone but will only record a few (2-6) shots and it stops collecting data. I need to toggle the phone in and out of airplane mode to restart the data collection. I tried the unit with a Samsung tablet and it seemed to work without problems but it was only a short test, about 20 shots.I think the data this device provides will be a big help in smoothing out my stroke!

Love this device. I’d pay $150 easily to learn something new in the game of pool. DigiCue blue has given me precise feedback on every stroke. It allows you to see where (or if) there is a flaw in your stroke. This allowed me to focus my practice on one specific element which was follow through for me. It was a painful month to adjust to my “extended” follow through, but now I’m stroking the ball purely more consistently.
