I love it. I wanted something that would encourage me to get some exercise. Something i could have some range with and get out of the way when needed.Build quality is fine. Some loose screws on the fenders. Seat reflector was broken but not concerned because the rear fender obscures it anyway. Worked out in the end becasue the screws that fell out of the rear fender where the same as what was in the broken seat reflector. Fiddled with the settings and can easily go 31 mph with just the thumb throttle. Much above 20 mph you simply can't peddel fast enough to gain any more speed. The lowest pedal asist speed is about 10 mph. When i want to go slower i use the thumb throttle in combination with peddling. Been doing steep gravel trails. The first charge got me 20 miles of this. My second ride i went 20 miles and the battery never showed any drain however this ride was mostly flat and rocky.Overall I really love it.Will update if anything changes.Update - 1/26/2024I had some issue with the bike that had been my fault. Customer service has been awesome! They got the bike working again!

Buyer beware. I had a friend who purchased a nearly identical bike from Freesky on Amazon. I really liked his bike but found a better deal with this brand. Bike showed up well packaged and took an hour to unpack and assemble. It needed a full charge. The instructions say to hold the handlebar power on for two seconds. I did that and the lcd display came on and immediately turned off. After fiddling with it for 15 minutes I determined that I could pull the battery to reset and very briefly hit the power button to turn on. Too short and it does not turn on, too long and it shuts off. AND you have to have the battery key to remove the battery and do the process. My concern was going somewhere and have it shut off and not return. I contacted support and after a few days they responded and said for me to check the battery voltage. No issue there. That was over a week ago and now my email gets bounced back, in Chinese, saying their email server is full…(of complaints??). Net, I can get it to work, but am not impressed with support. I will update this with progress or lack thereof. Buyer beware! My buddy’s Freesky e-bike is working great though.

This is my second E-BIKE, I have had it around 2 months and put about 700 miles on this bike and it's amazing all the parts are top quality the motor is the top of the line (BAFANG) shamano shifter and derailleur, etc, etc. the ride is very solid and smooth, top speed of 31 mph after using code to over ride limiter. You WILL NOT find a bike of equal speed or quality or looks or build for anywhere near the price of this bike! I searched the web for literally 3 months before I purchased this bike, this bike would be a good deal at twice the price this company is awesome I'm telling you I have a good knowledge of E-BIKE and this is a package like no other in its class. Get this bike!!!!!!!!!

The bicycle is great. We got it on February. The throttle broke on September. Still waiting for Asurion since 9/14/24. Try to buy the throttle on the bike page and no available. We contacted amazon. Still pending.

This is probably the best purchase I've made in a long time. I got a discount coupon which they still have you click and you get $150 off plus I signed up for the Amazon store card and got $100 certificate the bike ended up costing $650. This bike is as good as any $2,000 bike and I looked at the welds and they were solid it rides great it has dual suspension dual hydraulic brakes the Shimano gears and wonderful 4-in tires. Why would anybody want to pay a dime more?

Revising my review to 1 star due to a charging issue encountered. Reached out through amazon and also through the company website for support with no response from either. Seems nobody is home.I’ve had this a few months now and the battery range is impressive. It’s smooth and comfortable. Goes pretty fast when you disable the limiter (31mph downhill). Had to fiddle with the derailer to get it shifting properly. It’s nicer than our Sonders folding e-bike but 2 things I don’t like- the front fork seems flimsy and I’m expecting I’ll have to upgrade it eventually. Flexes and makes creaking noises. The power assist isn’t as linear as the Sonders. It seems the assist is speed targeted and not variable like our Sonders. Setting 1 seems to target 11mph no matter how hard or soft you pedal. Setting 2 is 15mph, and so on. I left the fenders off because they look dumb. Overall I’d buy it again.

The bike is amazing, it comes very well packaged, easy to assemble, easy ride and control, and they fixed that problems reported previously, the battery doesn’t fall out anymore.

Overall the bike is good but the battery keeps falling out contacted customer service and they said use some black tape to hold the battery in really I just spent 1000 dollars on a bike and the battery falls out and that is there fix don't buy this Bike
