very durable
The bags are very durable, and I paid approx. the same price (with the discount) for 110 bags, that I paid at the supermarket for 30 bags. I am very happy with the purchase and I will buy again.

Almost as sturdy as traditional plastic
We are new to the world of biodegradable trash bags and were a little skeptical about these. They are, truth be told, not quite as sturdy as the cheap, off-brand 13 gallon trash bags we usually buy to line our kitchen trash can, and they are quite a bit more expensive than our regular bags, but because they are our first biodegradable bags, I don't know how they compare to the cost of other biodegradable bags. These bags tear a little more easily than "traditional" bags, and they don't seem to hold quite as much weight--basically, they can tear easily when full of household and kitchen waste (they don't seem as stretchy as our cheap plastic), and just this week I ripped one just putting it around the rim of our trash can These two quirks just require us to pay a little more attention to how full the trash can is, and to what we are putting in it. What surprised me was that these bags don't (so far) biodegrade swiftly. On one low-trash week, we had the same bag in place for four days, with no additional weakness even with some wet and sticky items in the bin. I love the idea that my trash won't stay sealed inside plastic forever, and these seem able to support a week in the bin before getting sent somewhere to degrade more slowly, so I'd definitely consider getting these again.

Leak-free and medium durability. Just need a way to tie them closed.
These trash bags fit my kitchen trash can pretty well. They actually do a better job with holding liquids (that my kids decide to put in the trash can) than the trash bags we buy from the store. They aren't stretchy and tear a bit easier than bags that are but honestly they hold up pretty well. I actually had to put one of my regular kitchen trash bags into one of these because it was leaking everywhere. I do wish they had some way to tie them a bit easier but other than that I actually like these.

Sturdy biodegradable bags
I am always skeptical of biodegradable bags being very strong, but I was pleasantly surprised by these Aklyaiap bags.I had recently cut back some bushes such as butterfly bushes so I thought they’d be a great test to see if the bags punctured. Although these bushes do not have thorns on them like roses, the ends of each branch were cut at a sharp angle so it was a good judge. I also had some leaves and other plant trimmings to put into the bag so I filled it up the whole way and smooshed it to get the air out. When I did, only one branch popped through the side of the bag. I figured I’d have holes everywhere and the bag would be falling apart. These bags were much thicker and sturdier than anticipated. Tugging on them with a fair amount of force, they don’t tear. Also, the bottom is sealed so they will hold a fair amount of weight.I really like that I can use these to get rid of biodegradable things like plant matter, clippings, and dead plants and the bag itself will degrade too. It makes me feel better about trashing these sort of things. You get a 50 pack (5 rolls of 10 bags each and they have a sticker on each roll so they don’t unravel. There is no scent to these bags. They’re standard 13 gallon (kitchen) trash bag size but not that there is no sort of drawstring or twist / tie top associated with these.I feel like they’re an ok value given that they are biodegradable ones (obviously more expensive than typical plastic bags, but these are so much better for the environment). You can find similar bags with a better bargain if you buy in bulk. Docking one star because there is no way to close them (just have to knot them, I guess).

Easy to poke holes in but resist splitting
These 13 Gallon Trash bags fit my kitchen trash bin. They feel more like cellophane than a normal trash bag. My thumb went through them quite easily, but they did *not* split after a hole like the ultra-cheap trash bags will. They're gathered at the bottom to fit a round trash bin. They tied off easily after coming out of the bin and didn't leak even though I poured a container of grease and water into it 24 hours before tying it off and taking it outside. They look thin, but they work well as long as the materials dumped into the trash can aren't sharp. If I had broken glass, for example, I'd tie it into another plastic bag before dumping it into a can filled with these bags. I like them. They work.

Good product!
I liked these trash bags because they fit my kitchen trash can really well. They go all the way to the bottom so that when the bag becomes heavy, it still doesn't fall into the trash can. The bags were pretty sturdy but are not stretchy. I filled my trash up and when I changed the bag, it had one puncture in it already. The bags do not have handles to tie off. I would think the bags would have come with twist ties, but there were none provided, so I will have to save bread ties to use or try to underfill the bags so they can be knotted closed.

Fits my kitchen trashcan
These bags fit my 13 gallon kitchen trashcan perfectly. They don't have strech to them but they seem very sturdy and able to hold up even with a heavy load of garbage. This package has 5 rolls of 15 bags. The perforation is easy to tear. The reason for the 4star rating is I've yet to find any twist ties. They could be wrapped into the roll of bags. Time will tell. The bag was pretty full when i removed it and I was able to push it down with no tearing and tie it by hand. All in all a good product
