I was very excited to try the foam rollers. I watched a ton of videos on how to properly use it without hurting your spine. I thought the texture on these would be awesome for massaging your muscles. I set it out, got on the floor and went to town! Felt amazing! I kept the session short since I’m not used to it. Fast forward to the next day and my husband noticed a TON of bruising on my back in the shape of the cut outs on the foam all over my back. It look awful, it looked like I had been run over by a dump truck with the big tires! Once bruising went away I tried it on the wall so I could adjust my pressure instead of just bearing my weight on it and it was much better. Use this on the wall! Not the floor!Everything else in the kit has been pretty nice so far, I use the resistance band quite a bit and the massage ball is awesome for hard to get knots

The foam roller can be a little intense so use less pressure in some areas. Love it . I'm definitely appreciative!

Purchased for my mom since had knee surgery.Has helped her with her therapy tremendously.would definitely recommend

I opened my package and it had so much hair and debris all over the item. It has definitely been used. The least that could’ve been done was to clean it

I needed a new roller to keep in the car/take to the gym (hate using the rollers at the gym, I never see anyone clean them)... This set is pretty good... The stretching band could be better/stronger, but, I didn't buy it for that band. The resistance band is good, however.. The rollers themselves are solid and firm. Great to have 2 sizes as well, for different muscles and using on different surfaces (wall vs floor vs desk). The bag is also a good size, I don't have to fight to put the pieces back in the bag. And, it's mesh so the rollers can dry if you got them sweaty.Overall a good kit.

A whole set including foam rollers for less than the price of a decent foam roller? I honestly wasn't expecting much out of this considering its price of around $21 at the time of this review.When I first pulled everything out, I glanced at the resistance band, and it looked pretty flimsy compared to others, and felt disappointed and had dramatically lowered hopes. Testing it out though, it is completely serviceable, if not as high quality as others, and looks like it will hold up well. It is also dramatically the 'pinkest' item in the set.Everything else, in my perspective, seemed to be a more subtle pink than even the pictures show.After that, I began to be surprised by the quality of most of the other items. The foam rollers nest nicely together, and are quite firm. Time will tell if there is separation of the foam from the inner plastic liner, but at least initially, they seem better than I'd have expected for this price.Similarly, the Plantar Fasciitis Ball is very solid and looks like it will work well for digging nicely into foot muscles.The stretching strap appears a little unfinished and hand-crafted, but is still serviceable and stitching, although a little uneven and with some loose ends, appears solid.The bag is a nice touch, holds everything without having to force the contents in. It's on the thinner side of components, but serviceable.Overall, this gives a nice set for someone interested in trying out some or all of the items they're interested in, to test out what they like or don't like, or simply be a nice serviceable set.

Perfect to get relief in the back and relief tension. The roller is a decent size and covers a good area of the back. The straps work well for stretching with no issues and the ball is simple to use. Good set my wife like it.
