Like many others, I got these shoes for nostalgia. Although I don't recall ever owning any BKs, I certainly remember all the nickelodeon TV shows sponsored by BK. So I had to get them for the first time at age 38.. lolAfter reading reviews about the ankle support being tight, I decided to go a half size higher. I'm usually an 8.5 but could be a 9 in other shoes. So if you're like me and vary depending on the brand, go w the half size higher. The ankle support is tight to get into. You definitely have to open all the laces to flex it and fit your foot in.But once you're in, the ankle support is totally comfortable and fine.. and the fit is extremely comfortable (unlike adidas hightops). I feel if it weren't for the high top, I would be a size 8.5, but the high top makes the fit so comfortable and perfect.Looking in the mirror I was thrown back to my childhood for sure. One of the best purchases made on Amazon for me. The soles are pretty awesome too. Very well made all around.

These are beautiful and reminds me of my childhood. However, the high-tops are a bit tight around the ankles. They a true to size once you get pass the high-top part

Very comfortable

I've worn these shoes 4 times. Over all I'm content with them. I wish the sole was thinner, but I can live with that. My concern is the color has somehow worn of the toe on one of the shoes. I thought it was a smudge at first, but upon closer inspection and trying to clean it off, I realized the purple has worn off ☹️

I had a similar pair of these when I was a teen. They were my favorite. I love that I have them again at age 54. Love them. They are true to size and comfortable. I have only wore them a few times so far so I am just getting them broken in. Worth the price.

Wore them to my brothers funeral. One of my favorite shoes and still look new after two years.

Omgeeeee they’re so cute! I can’t wait for winter to be over so I can wear them! They feel good, not really stiff, just loosened the lases a little.
