Good value for 365 except the K2 I take at the moment is 600mcg which means I will have to take 3x the dose with these tablets. However even that is cheaper than I was paying.They are Mk 7 which is essential for K2 but am not sure if they are produced from natural natto. The Ingredients and dosage is not in English but in German which I am not happy about but I do understand the words "Vegetaria" and "Veganer" which is good!!

Feeling better since taking these
My results tell me that I deffinitely needed to take K2. Will stay on them.

The feel good Vitamin
You have got to love the K2. It's not the most common vitamin but I found K2 really beneficial especially for heart and blood flow as well as reducing varicose veins. K2 tend to make me feel calmer too.
