After searching in stores and online, all I could find were "oven mitts" which are square but have a pocket. And now, what are called "potholders" are large mitten-shaped things. I just wanted the simple, square potholders that used to be the only choice, and the only thing I want. These are those potholders. Simple, sturdy, and reasonably priced. Terry cloth on one side and reflective silver fabric on the other side. I'm happy to have found these.

These are made so nice! One side, let your hand go inside the other side has the silicone strips. They are perfect for carrying fat things from the oven or just using to set a pot on. I ordered two sets, one gray and one black and they’re both very nice.

Not as thick as I like so I wouldn’t use it on a super hot just off the grill pot on my stone countertop. It is inexpensive so that’s a plus.

I’ve ordered pot holders on Amazon before and felt I wasted my money. I thought I’d give it a try again. These potholders are really great nice looking I don’t need to sit and work wonderful getting hot beans off the stove or out of the oven. I would recommend them to anyone and believe me. This is the first time I’ve ever read me a review because I was so impressed.
