MJVINYL Premium 5D HIGH Gloss Black Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap Bubble Free Air Release (8FTX5FT / 96"X60")

For one, this is cheap China made vinyl. Why is came up as VVIVID brand I do not know. The glue is horrible and leaves glue lines, the material is ungodly thick so it’s impossible to work with and wrinkles. And after the first was it appears water has made its way into the air release channels (which did not work for crap while wrapping, many air bubbles stayed) and created a faded paint appearance. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend, buy actual branded vinyl (3m/VViViD/est)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The print is amazing and looks extremely realistic. it shines in the light exactly how carbon would. The problem lies in the adhesive. It sticks extremely light (so much so that after wrapping my interior trim pieces I taped them all down with duct tape on the inside). It's definitely not meant for complex curves and it MUST be tucked in or it WILL flare up. It would be perfect for flat or something with light bends. As you can see in my photos and video, it doesn't like to bend around tight corners. If there are holes in your trim for anything such as cubbies, gear shift, or vents, etc, it'll bind up around those edges. Maybe I would suggest an adhesive spray on the surface prior to wrapping with this particular vinyl. Other than that I'm satisfied with it for the price. I'd prefer the epoxy carbon over this but I couldn't justify the price.

It looks nice and glossy but there are bubbles in it and soon opening the box I noticed some of the vinyl was not touching the backing and now that will not stick because it became dried out.

Looked good for about 2 days. Then the bubbles started to appear. It does not stick very well. Its not like vvivid. I this vinyl on my hood and it is not very good. If you order this then i would recommend getting some of that spray stick stuff or else this will not do its job. To be honest i would recommend going with vvivid. Its only a little more expensive and you dont need anything else. Just lay it and cut it and your good. With this, i do not recommend.

So after some time and applications ive changed my review from positive to negative. The adhesive is not strong enough to wrap around things like mirrors and the like. Its mostly only strong enough for flat surfaces.But moreover its got a muddy appearance. In the pictures I provided the straight on one is nice and deep. But the moment you look at it from the side or an angle all the detail is gone and its just blobby.Would not recommend this product.

Buyer beware do not buy this product it will not stick it's garbage their competitors do much better job do not buy this product That's all I can say And if you do and you try to return it after trying their product it will charge you to send it back to him So do not buy it again do not buy this product it will not meet your expectations.

I used many different wraps always have success doing hoods and spoilers and trunks never had a problem but this product is a very poor quality, i do now recommend for exterior it colors Fades away Even with edge sealer it will peel in a matter of days or any complex shape Will to Stuart is color and save your money and buy better quality Rap or better yet just get it painted Or hydro dip... i lost $120 in this product, "yes it does look like real carbon fiber for a day or two"

Maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but this stuff doesn't look much like carbon fiber real or otherwise. It's pretty ugly in fact. I wanted to use it on some small bits of trim but it's nowhere good enough. Seriously, people who give this stuff high marks really are clueless.
