Details: 4" width is perfect for neck support. Includes an additional snug zippered case, the case zipper is small and has a hidden placket, the zipper pull is nice and small so as not to be bothersome. The pillow itself has a zipper so you can adjust the fill. The zipper of the actual pillow has a small tab cover for the zipper pull to tuck away. Very well thought out and well made.I just received 2 pillows today and I could see the quality and the size is so perfect. Just wonderful for supporting the neck while reading or watching TV. I purchased this pillow because my foam McKenzie cervical roll became useless after less than 6 months. I don't want to be throwing away overpriced rolls of foam 2 or more times a year and adding to the landfills. I figured this pillow is a great sustainable option.The size works perfectly. My C6 & C7 discs are terribly degenerated and sleeping without neck support is painful. I love that I can adjust the firmness by adding or removing hulls. I place it inside of my silk pillowcase at the bottom of a feather pillow. I definitely recommend this great quality pillow.

Wanted to sleep and wake up without neck pain did not get that but it feels comfortable temporarily definitely not meant to replace a pillow

I sleep so much better when I can have a supportive pillow that does not need constant adjusting. It is much cooler to to sleep with this compared to traditional pillows. My neck never hurts now.

This pillow was too thin, kinda like a hotdog. I returned it and ordered a different one that was fatter, and had more bulk much better. Thank you.

I have tried so many pillows, including multiple neck/cylinder type pillows. This one is better than the rest, because it doesn’t lift your neck too much. It fits perfectly under your neck and it conforms to your shape, so the spine is perfectly aligned, not jacked up…and it’s comfortable!

The pillow needed to be firmer for me. It would crunch down to where it didn’t give my neck the support I wanted. I Requested more husks and they did promptly send them to me. Filling the pillow with more husks cured the problem, but the zipper on the cover needs to be about 4” longer because it was very difficult to get the pillow back into the cover.

Quality construction pillow. I like that it's adjustable.
