WTF IT'S LITERALLY WORK! 😅I DIDN'T EXPECT IT LOLI chose cheapest one and won!Even thoughI don't have freezer so I was not expecting a lot of it, also when the migraine hits you don't want smth wierd around head like uncomfortable sliding constantly mask or disgusting wet towel..And how MUCH surprised i was when I put it after being 20 min in the fridge! It's soft! It's cooling! It's super nice to touch!!!( I literally stuck squeezing the corner between my fingers for 30 min at least for 😂)YES IT ARRIVED IN SMALL PLASTIC BAG TO STORE IT.YES IT HAS KIND OF GAPS FOR YOUR EARS NOT TO FROZE THEM OUT lol .and YES IT IS THICK AND HAS NICE STRETCH AND LITE PRESSURE AROUND, AND A ANATOMICAL NOSE OPENING. I mean it. I was thinking between this one and another one that costs exactly 10 pounds more and has in description this moving lines like ' we care about you so we will provide a plastic bag to store it and to freeze it in also it's anatomical and has holes for ears!and it's thick '... No worries, this one has it all too))))

I have been suffering from migraines for a long time and I always end up taking pain killers which is not ideal.This mask gave me instant relief. The material is very soft and it is comfortable to wear.It does feel too cold once it’s out of the freezer, so I usually leave it for 5 mins and then wear it. I am actually thinking of buying another one to leave it at work.

I do like this product, but I also have a few gripes.Pros: It's got a good surface area so covers a lot of your shoulder, it keeps cool for longer than a smaller pack. It really does help alleviate pain when you get it onto the area well.Cons: It really helps alleviate pain IF you can get it onto the area well. It's a bit fiddly, and sometimes doesn't really get to touching the front or back of my delt. It's really hard to try and adjust to get this to happen, so sometimes it just doesn't really help much. It's quite fiddly to get on anyway, and there's a lot of material at the 'top' of the product which brushes my neck a lot.The above being said, when it does hit the spot boy does it hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this, but just know it's not a perfect product.

The first time you use it be sure was in the freezer for some hours, otherwise the cool effect will not last long.

It's very secure and comfortable, unfortunately it doesn't hold the cold. After removal from the freezer, it only stays cold for a few minutes. Better than nothing but not as great as I expected.

Over the past few weeks I have used this for different reasons.Too hot to sleep, i put it on.In too much pain to sleep, I put it on.Feeling restless, I put it onGot a light in my eyes from outside, I put it on.And obviously migraine or even a normal headache, I put it on.

If this actually stayed cold it would be amazing - as a migraine sufferer for my whole adult life I know the benefits of ice packs - they'll never get rid of the migraine, but can take the edge off, and something is better than nothing especially if like me yours last for 3 days! Normal icepacks are a bit tricky to fix to your head and not very comfortable over the eye area, so this seemed like it would be great..... but the coldness straight out of the freezer lasts no more than 5 minutes so its pretty much useless. Save your money.

I’ve been a sportsman, martial artist and weightlifter for most of my life. Nearing 50 I noticed my shoulders were developing a lot of aches and pains…. I’ve tried massage, heat straps and basic strapping up but none have released me of the pain as well as this basic but effective bit of kit. This has really helped with recovery and injury rehabilitation. Perfect and recommended

Ce masque a littéralement changé ma vie. Je suis migraineuse, et depuis que j'ai acheté cette pépite, mes migraines passent beaucoup plus vite, et je peux même les anticiper. Pour ma part je n'ai même pas besoin de le mettre au frais, il l'est déjà en étant à température ambiante. Je recommande vivement, parole de migraineuse !

Die Kühlmanschette ist bei mir, wegen einem Knieproblem, täglich in Abwechslung mit der zweiten im Einsatz. Praktisch ist die individuelle Anpassung an das Gelenk und die gute Haftung. Schmerzlindernd, entzündungshemmend und auch stützend. Besser geht für mich nicht. Eine sehr gute Alternative zu den herkömmlichen Kühlpads, die ich vorher im Gebrauch hatte. Ich bin froh, dass ich diese Kühlmanschetten habe, die mir den Alltag erleichtern. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!!

habe die Maske schon zum zweiten mal gekauft.weiches Gel, was sicher halbe Stunde intensiv kühlt, dann nimmt die Wirkung langsam ab. toll bei Kopfweh und MIgräne.im Gegensatz zu anderen Firmen ist das Gel durchgehend rund um den Kopf, nicht nur vorne im Stirn und Schläfenbereich
