Product arrived quickly, as was ordered with Prime. These earbuds arrived with a 97% charge on them, according to the accompanying case they were in. I went and put them in my ears and they were incredibly comfortable and fit so nicely around the ears. I appreciate that they came with 3 other sizes of silicone ear bits, but the ones that came equipped on the earbuds already were just right for me so they didn't need to be changed out.Had a little trouble with my phone not finding them initially even though my Bluetooth was clearly on. Once the "i21" name popped up and were found after about 5 mins of turning my Bluetooth on/off/on, they paired with my phone no problem. Despite having, again, a 97% battery on them, they both ended up dying on me after playing 3 songs on YouTube, less than 10 mins of usage, which I found odd. I put them back in the case and connected the case to it's charger and left it to charge for about an hour. After that, they connected with my phone well and gave me no issues. In the last few days of use, they've been great - no issues connecting or charging; nothing that can't be fixed by just the basic troubleshooting method of unpairing them from the Bluetooth on my phone/re-pairing them.They're super comfortable, lightweight, flexible, fit around the ear nicely & with a firm fit that reassures me that these won't easily fall or slip out, they connect into the charging case perfectly with the magnetic connections, case is palm sized, has a nice readable battery percentage on it's screen when it's on.. Absolutely no issues with them as they are and enjoy using them! I hope to come back in future to update this review and let you all know how they're still holding up. I hope these don't crap out on me anytime soon!

I have not used these as yet but trying them on they seem to fit well.

In general the earphones are aright. The sound quality is good. The only negative feel I have with the distance where bluetooth will work. The earphones were dropping sygnal/music when I was away of my phone for 15m with no obstacles in between. For me it is not really matter because I will use them in long runs so my phone will be in my pocket

The earphones connect reliably to my iPhone and the handy touch button pauses videos and music. The sound could use a little more bass but otherwise they’re good.

I wanted them for a long haul flight but had to install a volume booster as the volume wasn't nearly loud enough. If they'd been noise cancelling ones maybe the volume would have been ok but for the money and normal use they're great

I did buy those ones long in length but they kept falling out so these you can shake about and they'll stay on. Easy to Bluetooth. Very happy customer. I ordered another pair for son. Highly recommended.
