Plate arrived quicklyI absolutely love it, it's a proper dinner size plate , section off so I can have my speed veg using 1/3,of my plate & the rest for my free foodI'm doing slimming worldThis plate is great , with it being sectioned off it's perfect for keeping salad away from hot foodIt's a heavy plate I love that the side come up like a quiche dish, stops food from coming off the plateIt is well worth the money, I use it for most of my mealsI highly recommend buying this if you are wanting a portion control healthy eating plate

Lovely quality plate, ceramic not plastic like many plates of this kind. It is very thick and quite heavy and can withstand microwave and dishwashing, maybe even oven proof (haven't tried though).People may think that it is a bit pricy for one plate but believe me it's well worth it.It is an excellent plate if you are following the slimming world diet or even just portion controlling. I will be using this for every meal and will probably buy more.

This is the only plate I could find with a specific compartment for the recommended one third of a meal consisting of veg/fruit. So there is a visual reinforcement and if that section is full you feel good and if it is empty you are disappointed with yourself . There is a lot of evidence which my own dietician emphasised that just sticking to that one third rule makes for healthy eating as well is for slimming. It is really good that you can use it to microwave food in order to cook or re heat , knowing in advance that you are still sticking to the plan. The plate is substantial and although it doesn't say it is ovenproof I would imagine you can put it in the oven as well. It is a solid plate with attractive images and captions which again reinforce the positive basics about healthy eating.The fact that it is so solid somehow makes it more of an occasion when you have your meal and reinforces your motivation . It was delivered promptly, very well packaged and is well worth the money, given that it will have a lifetime's use for those times when I may need to get back on track.

The Slimming Club I go to recommends that all meals should be 2/3rds Healthy Foods to 1/3rd 'Speed Foods' e.g. Vegetables/Fruit and this plate is absolutely perfect for measuring the amounts of each. It was delivered within a few days of ordering and is just what I needed. I would recommend this company.

Large segmented plate ideal for slimmers wanting to control their portions.Colourful graphics on the bottom give an indication of what foods go where. The divisions also allow for a wet/dry meal such as a pasta bake and salad with out the salad getting soggy and limp.An issue with the plate was quickly sorted out with seller, who gave excellent service.Very well packaged in foam ensures no chips or breakages on route.

Arrived a lot sooner than I was expecting. The packaging was excellent. The plate itself was everything that I could want in a plate. It is sturdy and colourful. I bought it specifically for the separate vegetable section to teach my child to be conscious of the amount of veg that he should have. The plate isn't too large. It is the size of a traditional dinner plate and its design is clever in that it helps you to have less on the plate if you don't stack. The slight lip is good for pasta and stews. The plate itself is a good solid weight. They stack.

Really pleased with the quality of the plate and the patterned design on it.Started using straightaway and I thought I would feel hungry but the portion size is adequate . I have washed the plate in dishwasher and used in microwave .I feel more in control of my food intake and as I'm diabetic,food plays a major part in my feeling well. I have ordered another one for my son as when he saw me using it, he wanted one to get his eating habits back on track.Good product and excellent value

These plates are amazing. They are beautifully decorates ans ceramic! Not what I expected at all. Such a premium quality product for such a reasonable price. I am delighted with them and would advise anyone to order a plate pronto!
