Craftsmanship sucksThis was a birthday gift and it was varnished shut - once we got it open the stain and wood were chipped off along the edges.

The case is handsome and holds a variety of rocks for my son. The glass windows are quite nice and display the rocks very nicely. Though this isn't a perfectly strong and sturdy case, we are both pleased and as long as it is treated kindly I think it will last for a long time. Good value for the money.

One of the best features is the adjustability of the compartments. Great for organizing, glass cleans well Love it.

It is a very well made item although I would appreciate it if the part of it saying that the glad was "acrylic" when it's plexiglass. Which does make sense since it's for rocks but can be a multi-purpose storage box. Otherwise then that it would be nice to have another divider or two.
