Got this 1 sign for my son’s first birthday and was happy with it! The lights worked great and it was really easy to put together! The durability was good for the price of it! The wind was knocking it over, but we just filled a gallon freeze bag of water and placed it as a weight and worked just fine! Definitely would recommend buying it!

We purchased these letters for a graduation party and they really stood out. They made a great backdrop for photos. We were very efficient and ordered the letters 3 months in advance and had them shipped to my daughter where the party would be. Since we wanted them to be a surprise for her we asked her not to look at them. Turns out, as we were putting them together, 3 days before the party, one of the letters was not correct. I emailed customer service at 10pm MT on a Tuesday and explained our dilemma and the importance of getting this right. I had a response the next morning when we woke up with an offer to reship priority overnight to arrive by Friday for the party. I accepted the offer and while was nervous, I was hopeful. Sure enough, when we returned home from the graduation ceremony, it was waiting at the door. We were very pleased with the immediate response and quick action. Thanks so much to Imprsv Party!!

Loved this extra large number one for my grandsons birthday party. I am not a crafty person but it was very easy to put together. I love that they had a QR code to scan for directions. I was unsure of one particular part of the directions... when I emailed the company they literally got back to me within minutes. Excellent product and it was a hit at the party.

Do not waste your money on this flimsy, poorly designed and difficult-to-assemble product. I bought five of these letters for an annual event with the hopes of using them every year, but after assembling a "D", which took two people about an hour and used up an entire hot glue stick, I decided to return the other four letters. The pieces are thin foam board that assemble with a tab-and-insert system that doesn't quite stay together, hence the need to use hot glue or tape. Using the hot glue is not only messy, it also requires you to move fast and get the pieces together before the glue dries. It would have been impossible with just one person. Definitely not worth $20-$25 each on top of the hassle of assembly. The maker of this product needs to go back the drawing board and redesign this with sturdier materials and a better insert/tab system that doesn't require hot glue, or better yet, sell them already assembled.

I have bought other marquee’s in the past and this one was a lot easier to put together with easy toRead instructions. Each one took about 20-30 min of installation. It was sturdy for indoor use. Not sure for outdoor, but it comes with a cardboard stand that inserts into the back to help keep it up. Did not fall once. Up close you can see some imperfections where the pieces didn’t align exactly but you can’t tell once the lights are on and far away. It looked amazing and I had a lot of compliments. I would buy again.

Product is easy to assemble but I want to mention the Amazing customer service. The number one came damaged and I followed the instructions in the inside of the box to get a replacement and this team had a new delivered within three days. It was amazing. Would recommend

The size is good for a display, the material is similar to poster board materials and even a glue gun doesn’t keep this thing together. It’s really good for a one time use or event. I wish it was strong enough so I could reuse it for future projects. The instructions to this thing could be better but wasn’t hard. The brightness of the lights are good. The stability of this thing isn’t awesome. It works, it’s decent.

So cute and was fairly easy to put together. They have a qrc with a link to the YouTube video that has step by step instructions. This prop looked so cute in our photo shoot!

Product was extremely flimsy and tore apart easy,very cheaply made I’m extremely disappointed.
