So far I’ve used this 5-6 times and it works really well. The colder you can get the bowl the better it works. I have noticed it makes the ice cream more creamy when the bowl is colder. It is easy to clean, the motor pops right out of the lid so ever is super easy to clean up.

The cover broke after a couple months and I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions to see if I could get a new one and NOONE has ever responded to me. I’ll probably have to buy a new machine but it won’t be from this company

I froze the can for 48 hours and still did not get a good texture. Even after churning for 120 mins. Im returning. Not good. Ice cream is in freezer/ freezing on its on now- Oh and it repeatedly stop churning after a while and had to wait. Could be motor idk-

This ice cream maker is easy to use; the directions are very clear. It is easy to clean and easy to store. I have not ordered from this company before but I will in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised that this worked as well as it did. I had bought a little mini Dash ice cream maker and it did not work well at all. The motor was too weak and the bowl did not get cold enough. This ice cream maker is much larger than the Dash, so the motor is much stronger. The bowl is thicker too, so it stays really cold.What I like:-easy to use. Really just one button to start and another to re-churn.-fairly big container. I was able get a full quart of ice cream from one session.-the metal container stays very cold for a long time, at least 30 minutes-I had soft serve ice cream in 20 minutes. I could have gotten it to firm up if I left it for another 15-20 minutes, but it's just as easy to throw it in the freezer and let it set fully.-The ice cream can be customized. I made bubble gum ice cream that was sugar-free. It was very tasty.-easy to clean (jus tdon't overfill)-has a timer-has a little rim with handles so you can easily pull the metal container up-easy to use-not too loud-reasonable cost. The Ninja Creami looks pretty cool, but it's fairly expensive for a single use appliance.What I don't like:-You have to freeze the container for about 12 hours before you use it. It's not a huge problem, just something to be aware of.-It's so good I keep sneaking bites out of the container.-The churning part is plastic. I hope it doesn't break over timeTips:-Make ice cream out of unusual mixed ingredients like yogurt, pureed cottage cheese, almond milk, and heavy whipping cream and allulose with another sweetener to bring up the sweetness profile. I add a bit of rum to keep the freezing point lower. I usually whip up some yogurt, almond milk and heavy whipping cream and sweetener for a wonderful low carb treat. My mom is crazy for cottage cheese ice cream.-Don't overfill or it will make a mess.-Make sure the thing is churning BEFORE you put your mixture in. I learned the hard way that you can't put the churner in after you put the ice cream mixture in.-The churner and the clip that holds the churner on can both be removed so the electronic part can be separated from the casing. This is important so you can properly clean it.

Used it once! The next time the paddle is broken. Complete trash. Probably cannot return it because I didn’t keep the stupid box. Ruined my Christmas dessert.

This is nice for small amounts of ice cream if you have the time to freeze the bowl. It certainly is better than the old time ice cream makers when I was a kid that took hours to make and they were like eating a soft milk shake.
