Good machine
My teen and I took about 20-30 minutes to assemble. The instruction picture is good. I like that most of the screws are where it should be on the devices already so you don't have to figure too much out. When the two main parts come together, it is a bit tight fitting, but I think that is because it's necessary. We started using it right away. It was awkward at first, but I really enjoyed it. It actually made me sweat from just the first 5 minutes. I have joint issues and this seemed to be okay but I do feel a bit stiff after using it for 15 minutes. It's not too heavy. I was able to move it from downstairs to upstairs. I think it's a good workout product.

Great Glute and Ab Machine
The media could not be loaded. This machine is exactly what I needed. It was very easy to assemble, it's compact, definitely a good price and it workout the entire body. Very easy to use anyone at any age can used it.

You can adjust this fairly easily and since it uses resistance, you don’t have to worry about dealing with weights.
