Mine arrived really quickly but didn't come with any English instructions that I could fine, that said it was easy to put together and will work perfectly for what I need.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I needed a wider baby gate for the hallway due to living in an upstairs flat, this fits perfectly without the added cost of buying an extender for the usual baby gates, highly recommended

Was waiting ages for a affordable black baby gate and glad I bought this one, good quality, very sturdy , can withstand my little one trying to climb over it but also stops the dogs going up stairs no more and is just right for my awkward hall/stair way

Brilliant. Used to stop dogs rummaging upstairs. The gate has a two-part lock: when closed fully there is a locking handle on top. This has a press button then lift to unlock. The whole gate then has to be lifted - not difficult - to open. A good attribute is the semi-lock feature: you can almost close the gate and this semi-locks the gate without the need for the handle on top. In the semi-locked position it remains ajar by 2cm and needs to be lifted to open or fully close. This still prevents entrance/exit. Best gate we’ve had.

This stair gate is pleasantly heavy-duty to keep our 2 year old grandson safe during sleepovers and the quality of finish is good, with no sharp edges. I needed one that would fit between walls and not within a door frame so the extra width was essential for me. The fittings are robust and the screws that actually touch the wall have a soft rubber coating which is non-slip but doesn't leave any marks. Well worth the money.

Instructions were terrible but a bit of common sense worked it out. Good sturdy gate. Slightly awkward to open and close but sure we will get used to it. Secure though which is important. NOTE Does not come with wall caps so these will need to be ordered separately.

If our baby had to give the review he would give 1 star as he's really upset he cant climb the stairs no more, but as a parent it's an easy 6 stars. Very steady, easy to install, no need to screw the walls and looks good! Just ordered another two of those as got more stairs to cover
