4'' Green Glass Fishing Float - Nautical - SUN CATCHER

Went on a cruise recently and into an antiques shop selling the real authentic Japanese fishing floats at a much more substantial price than what I found on Amazon. These aren't quite as big, but just the same, I want to use them to decorate my screened porch outside. If one breaks, it won't cost an arm and a leg to replace it! The colors are very bright and they are well made!! I ordered different sizes and sets and I would recommend them if you want a nautical theme.

Not nearly as nice as other glass floats I have purchased. The rope handle is a double loop and the rope itself is a bit overwhelming for the ball. There seems to be some kind of plastic covering but I'm afraid to try to remove it in case it is the colour overlay for the ball.

I am not sure what I expected but seems like the shipping was too high for what we got when you totaled the price. I would not order another. I do not think they were deceptive, I guess I should not have ordered it so hung it in the garden. LOL
