Tru-Close Lokk-Latch Deluxe (Lldabl) Gate Lock

I have revised my original review after the supplier has spent almost a week researching why I was having a problem with not being able to leave this lock on "latch only"It turned out that when the lock was fitted the metal fitting on the inside of the "pushable" part of the lock 180 degrees out of line.This was solved by turning the key in the barrel of the "pushable" part of the lock so that it moved the metal fitting by 180 degrees before connecting it to the metal rod.Now the lock works like a dream and you can have it unlocked, whereby you can push the barrel to open the latch or have your gate permanently locked and hopefully my review may prevent someone else from having the same problem that I had.I can't speak highly enough about the supplier who even offered to come around to my house to ensure I was satisfied with the lock. Fortunately that wasn't necessary and my problem was very straightforward to remedy but top marks to them for their customer service.Thank you

This product is really let down by the instructions it is what I wanted and works but the lazy way of showing basic pictures with ticks or crosses is infuriating. Even a you tube clip showing the installation would have helped.

excellent piece of technology - does all I expected - cost as much as the gate but worth it - instructions could be clearer - I cut the first pushrod short - fortunately they include a spare!
