It's very big.
I use it for melting large quantities of lead and tin. It does it well. Be aware that it is very big - this is not a "camping cooker" - it's much, much bigger than that. Most normal size cooking pots would drop through the hole in the middle.

Very good burner. It was already assembled, was only one thing to assemble.

Dangerous defect
Bought as a present and we were initially pleased with this item upon taking it out of the box, but after looking closer we were lucky to spot a flaw in the casting which would have caused a dangerous gas leak had we attempted to use the burner.Hopefully this is a one off lapse in quality control, but I would suggest buyers inspect this item carefully before use.Disappointing as this seemed to be exactly what we were looking for.

Need a gape between the burner and the stand too close that’s dangerous
It’s good but not strong enough to put Heavy saucepan on it and I can’t put smaller saucepan

Poor quality
Very disappointed - extremely poor quality. Advertised as 'mounted in a solid frame' but far from it! Poor welding on cast iron supports and some with no welding. Left with concerns as to safety.

Completely melted!!!
It melted. Made my wok all black with soot. Made really weird noises when connected.Quite disappointed as I was really hoping to like this item. The silver is completely gone - see pics
