Recommended from a friend who's been body building for decades.I also had a licensed professional nutritionist read up on it and she said it was an excellent quality protein supplement.I mix it with fat free milk.So far so good....

I'v done a lot of research comparing many different key factors on whey proteins and other weight gainers for supplementation and have tried many different varieties. Factors taken into consideration include mixing quality, taste, carbohydrate count, flavors, protein per serving, salt, fat and cost.Considering all of these factors... this is one of my top 5 favorite powders

this product is valuable for protein source for person doesn't eat meat etc.

Good stuff. I mix in a shaker bottle with ice, water, and smidge of oatmilk. It's not quite a milkshake, but creamy in a way that is really satisfying. A friend turned me on to this several years ago, and all other protein powders taste watery and bleh by comparison.

I don't know if this product sat on the shelf for months or years and the flavor faded, but previously, I myself had a container of this same product for nearly 3.5 years and all the way through the banana flavor was prominent. Not in this order. It's a great product, but this was hugely disappointing that the flavor isn't there, just a bland-sweetness, but definitely not banana.

Product caused upset stomach discomfort with increase gas and bloating.

Absolutely one of the better quality protein out on the market. Being that it's one of the few products I use, this protein is easy in my stomach and doesn't make me feel bloated after having it. I'm happy it's finally on amazon to get a better deal and NOT lose my gains!

Solid product, great flavor.
