On a mission to reduce plastic in my home. These sponges are useful for lots of jobs around the house, washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom.I haven’t noticed them get smelly after a couple of uses - they dry out between uses but a quick squeeeze under a running tap and they are good to go. Comfortable to hold onto and useful size with decent absorbency. I’ve bought others which are woefully small!Will likely buy again

Functions well

I'm trying to reduce microplastics, and I figured one large source down the drains is from plastic washing up sponges. So I bought these.They clean well and last a long time. They don't clog up with dirt and rinse clean. They're pretty soft so perfect for washing up right after dinner and being gentle to the pots and plates, but if you leave it a while and it goes hard they're not so good.They're wrapped in a plastic bag, which isn't perfect for an eco product. They also don't talk about the origins of the wood used to make the cellulose. However, my main goal was to stop putting microplastics down the drain. The packaging is no better or worse than the sponges I used to buy, and wherever it comes from, the amount of wood used to make them is small. Going for an even greener product costs quite a lot more, so I'm happy to find a balance.

Having bought a pack of these some of them have started falling apart whilst washing up. I had previously purchased them from another brand which were slightly more expensive but this didn't happen. Disappointing as we use these in our airbnb and will now have to pay for replacements.

Not used them yet, feel good BUT wrapped in plastic so kind of defeats the object? So thumbs downs from me
