The cleaning robot was very easy to use, it made a huge difference on the windows. I would definately recommend this product!

It works great but if it falls and actually hits the ground the rings are way too fragile and break easily The replacements for the rings for $30 which makes this an expensive item

I had high hopes for this product, thinking it would be like a window Roomba. It's not - it fails to clean windows, and falls off the glass pretty frequently.When you first buy a product like this, you expect to invest some time in getting it set up. That up-front investment is then paid off when it starts to do its job - so you expect to trade the 20-30 minutes it might take to clean your windows by hand for a 5-minute set-up process.Not so here. The product requires constant oversight - like teaching a monkey to wash your windows. You spend as much time making sure the monkey stays on the job and doesn't do something bad. Then you realize that you could have already had the windows cleaned by hand in less time.Time to pack the robot up and return it!

The media could not be loaded.  It doesn't do a very good job. It get stick a lot, doesn't clean corners and leave a lot of dirty spots. I am returning this and buying something better.

This item works as promised. I live in a pedestal house and it is 30' up to get my windows. Although it does not clean as well as if you did them by hand it does a good enough job where the windows are not streaky and they are very clear. However it does leave a tiny bit of fuzz residue when it stops. Over all I am satisfied with my purchase.
