Regular chiropractic maintenance is a must, but this thing works wonders.I will say that the chin piece fits better inside the strap versus outside. The Velcro will not stick well on the outside.

Bought this to address neck pain and limited range of motion. Its setup is such that one can have it pulled by a partner or attached to a fixed station. Practically speaking, I prefer having it fixed. What I found is that with the first couple of uses, the velcro held well for the jaw strap. After a handful of uses however, the velcro failed to hold anything more than only minimal pressure. There was no contamination, for example from lint, so that was not a variable. It simply seems to be a deficiency with the velcro attachment. Having a different fastener, or at least having a better way to replace failed velcro, would be a much-needed improvement. When the velcro works, attaching the handles to something heavy and fixed like a bedpost or recliner leg works absolutely wonders. One simply has to scoot away (on the floor) from the bedpost or leg to achieve the desired traction pressure. I'm happy to report an improvement in neck pain and mobility after use. Just need some tweaking for the item to work long-term.

Good product, the only problem I can find is that the velcro that collects the chin comes off easily.
