It's an ok mop, and yes I guess it does the job, but having a genuine 360 mop, you can really tell where that extra money goes. Agree with some reviews that the handle is a bit short, maybe not used to it, I'm not tall only 5ft3, also you have to release the mop each time you spin it and then lock again before moping! The actual spin bit is very good, also there is a bit that sticks up in the actual mop bucket, I can see no purpose for yhis, it means you have to use more water, not ideal if you only want to do a quick mop, also the actual mop heads themselves of which you get 2, are very fluffy material, and again not great quality, overall as I said it does the job and I use it in my work which doesn't get very dirty, but honestly would not recommend,and wouldn't buy again, think will go with the real one next time

So I bought this to replace a more expensive version I already have and was quite impressed with the overall quality and design of the mop and bucket.The mop itself comes with two heads, allowing you to alternate heads when washing them. The mop also has an extendable clip allowing you to adjust the length of the mop depending on your height or storage.The overall design is good, allowing you to spin the mop and remove excess water.However the issue which I am worried about is the plug hole which they have placed almost at the bottom of the bucket, that is filled with a rubber plug. Although it does allow for easy drainage of dirty water after use, overtime I can definitely see this plug causing a leak as the plug isn't 100% water tight,So for that reason I have to give this 3/5 as I am worried about the longevity of this mop & bucket

I pushed the mop in the centre of the bucket a few times, but it did not rotate as it was supposed to.I tried a bit harder, but the handle gave in and it just got shorter still without rotation.Morale of the story - don't buy cheap. Must be another knock off version of the original item from china.It would save me so much aggravation if the country of origin was mentioned in the description.

Putting things together was easy, also the fact there was no foot pedal as in my previous spin bucket was marvellous. Two spinning mechanisms one for rinsing and the other for drying. Just hope they stand the test of time, but very pleased todate.

You can’t put much water in the bucket as the basket for spinning is low. When you try to spin the mop in the bucket - more water on the walls than in the bucket! Handle even when extended is too short so you have to bend a lot and I’m only 5’5”.

After figuring out how to use it, not much of direction's!But once figured to not lock mop when on a spin/draining water push down & up a couple of times then mop floor! After this technique floor's less wet haha! But actually loved this mop & bucket!

This is an ingenious mop and bucket set!You’ll need to play around to work out the features a bit but it’s fantastic!The option of using the plug at the bottom is very useful and the spinning action is really good.Very nice product that makes a boring job less boring!

I’ve had more expensive version of this mop. Find this one easy to use. The spin is great and dries mop well when finished. Also like that you can spin mop in water
