As a newly diagnosed diabetic, this cookbook has been an incredible resource for me. I appreciate that it uses simple ingredients that I can find at my local grocery store. The food plan is flexible and can be extended as needed, but after only 21 days, I have already lost weight and gained more energy thanks to the food plan and the accompanying ebook with easy-to-follow exercises.
