Cleared up my sinuses almost immediately, even quit taking claritan. I took it for 6 weeks for stomach issues and ibs-c. I’ve been off of it for a couple of weeks and still don’t need claritan and my stomach issues are much better.

If your getting a scratchy throat, bite one of these,let it linger in your mouth and let it seep down your throat a little at a time, allow the healing vapors to rise into your nasal cavity and ward off that potential cold or flu at the first signs. The germs enter through your nose and mouth mainly...Kill them with this excellent product! If you eat something that may have been somewhat tainted causing stomach and gut issues, swallow Oil Of Oregano whole and it helps enormously. Its a potent anti-fungal. Its helped me to overcome tooth infections in place of an antibiotic. They make p-73 in a liquid form with a dropper application, but I prefer the gelcap because I can bite the gel cap for liquid application or swallow it whole either way. Got to warn you though, this is very overwhelming and aromatic for many people, but personally when I know something is as beneficial as this is....I just man up and take it! However If you just swallow it you'll never even taste it. There are allot of other brands out there but in my opinion North American Herb and Spice Oil of Oregano is the real deal...the rest is just pizza spice.....

I think this product all the time to keep myself healthy and it works. I rarely get sick.
